Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, color selections, or other customer ordering errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
